Fabri-Coat Limited specialise in mild steel sheet metal products with a powder coated finish. Offering prototyping, small, medium and large production runs, we work with sheet metal ranging from 0.9mm to 4mm thick up to 2500mm in length.
Projects of all sizes undertaken
We have a wide range of tooling allowing us to work on a range of sheet metal fabrications including control panels, brackets, boxes and enclosures to name a few. MIG, TIG and spot welding is available. Fabri-Coat Limited can also offer general sheet metal services in stainless steel.

Sheet metal fabrication to suit your requirements
Powder coating
At Fabri-Coat Limited we provide an in-house powder coating service tailored to our customers' requirements. We have a range of colours and finishes available. We provide a manual powder coating system using a Nordson Encore LT mobile dolly system to ensure an even coat and powder and a high quality finish.
Bespoke powder coating to your requirements
With a booth and curing oven capable of handling parts of up to 3 metres we can powder coat one off fabrications up to larger volume production runs. All finished products are packed with suitable protection using a range of packing materials. All of the powder finishes we apply are TGIC free, RoHS compliant and contain little if any Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC’s). We hold a large number of RAL colours in stock as well as offering Antimicrobial powder. Based near Attleborough we work with customers across Norfolk, Suffolk and East Anglia, as well as throughout the UK.

Vibratory Bowl Finishing Machine
Fabri-Coat Limited has in house vibrating bowl deburring machine, which is ideal for small parts. The results will be consistent, making it ideal for both prototype and batch work.
Using Ceramic abrasive chips, and a finishing fluid compound, the parts are vibrated around the bowl to smooth off sharp edges.

Deburring
Fabri-Coat Limited have the facility for deburring flat material using our ROLEI BE 5 Debur system. This is a clever but simple double-sided deburring machine for steel, stainless steel, aluminium and hard plastics of up to 5mm thickness. The workpiece is passed through two contra-rotating flapwheels which effectively and safely deburrs both sides of the sheet in a single pass. The result being a contant even smooth edge burr free.
